We are happy to provide free shipping on all orders! Typically orders will arrive in 4-7 days.
Tracking will be emailed to you upon order shipment.
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. For international orders all duties, taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We are confident in our product and guarantee you will love it, but we know that sometimes things just don't work out!
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of your order for all full priced items. Full price items between the 14-30 day return window are eligible for return via store credit or exchange. All items must have tags attached, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Do note purchases of sale or discount items, including bogo and 10% off codes are not eligible for return.
To process your return please email heythere@playgroundactive.com including your reason for the return, order number, and desired form of reimbursement via exchange, store credit, or refund. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Once received and reviewed we will process the request within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are subject to a $5 restocking fee.
For partial "set" returns you will be refunded minus the full single value of the complimentary item.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
