If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out to the carrier directly through the tracking number provided. Do note carriers have been experiencing delays due to the nationwide labor shortage, All orders are picked and shipped out to the carrier same business day. Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is damaged in transit or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the shipping carrier.
For international orders all duties, taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We are confident in our product and guarantee you will love it, but we know that sometimes things just don't work out!
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of your order. All items must have tags attached, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Do note sale or discount items, including bogo are not eligible for return.
To process your return please email firstname.lastname@example.org including your reason for the return, order number, and desired form of reimbursement. Once received and reviewed we will issue a refund, minus the flat rate cost of outbound shipping, in the form of an exchange, store credit, or original form of payment within 7 days of receipt.
For partial "set" returns you will be refunded minus the full single value of the complimentary item.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
